The ledger is kept by a small editorial team. The best way to reach it is by email, at editor@racketandcourt.com. Messages are read by a person, usually within a few working days.
What to write about
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a hotel has closed, changed its name or altered something an entry describes, tell us which entry and what has changed. A link to the hotel's own announcement helps.
Suggestions for new entries are welcome too, as long as the hotel fits one of the four categories. Questions about how the site is written, or about the privacy policy, can go to the same address.
What we cannot help with
The ledger does not take bookings, hold rooms or handle payments, and it has no access to any hotel's reservation system. For availability, prices, cancellations or anything to do with an existing stay, please contact the hotel directly.
Hotels and press
Hotels may write to point out factual errors. Listings are not sold, and paid placement is not offered in any form.
